In the Joint Stock Company "Uzbekgeofizika" special attention is paid to improving the professional knowledge, skills and qualifications of employees in order to continuously familiarize themselves with the latest achievements and innovations in the field of geophysics, mastering new practical methods of work to increase the competitiveness of society as a whole in the domestic and foreign markets.

On an ongoing basis, work is carried out to train, retrain and improve the skills of engineering and technical workers and key production personnel in educational institutions of the republic and foreign educational centers (internships, participation in trainings, participation in seminars and conferences). At the same time, during 2022, in accordance with the approved schedule, it is planned to improve the skills of 678 employees in 25 areas.
