Gary Robert Hayes is an internationally recognized HR expert and strategic consulting specialist with over 40 years of experience. He has held leadership and advisory roles in major companies and organizations such as Shell, Samruk-Kazyna, Sibur, ERG, and ESA. Currently, he is the founder and lead consultant of Valshebnik Consulting, collaborating with numerous countries.

During the visit, the Executive Body of “Uzbekgeophysics” JSC provided Gary Robert Hayes with comprehensive information about the Company’s performance, ongoing projects, and future plans. The meeting included an exchange of views and discussions on the Company’s strategic development directions.
