A reporting conference on the implementation of the Collective Agreement for 2023–2025 (with a focus on 2025) was held at Uzbekgeofizika JSC.

The event was attended by the Company’s management, members of the audit commission, delegates, and employees. Z.I. Ibragimova, Head of the Finance Department of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Oil, Gas and Geology Workers of Uzbekistan, also participated in the conference.

According to the agenda, A. Azimboyev presented a report from the Executive Office on the work carried out in 2025. The report covered improvements in the wage system, employee incentives, occupational safety, organization of health resort recreation, and provision of financial assistance.

The Head of the Trade Union, R. Akhmatkulov, emphasized the important role of the Collective Agreement in ensuring employees’ labor rights and social interests.

At the end of the meeting, the implementation for 2025 was assessed as satisfactory. It was also announced that a draft of the new Collective Agreement for 2026–2028 would be submitted for discussion in the near future.
