External Audit Conducted at the “Fargona Geophysical Expedition” in Accordance with International Standards
On November 12–13, an external audit was successfully carried out at the “Fargona Geophysical Expedition” branch by the international company CERT International as part of the branch’s certification against the requirements of the ISO 37001:2016 international standard.
Based on the audit results, the branch management and responsible employees received recommendations on managing corruption risks and addressing conflicts of interest.
Additionally, 22 branch employees successfully completed a specialized training course aligned with the ISO 37001:2025 international standard and were awarded certificates by the auditing company CERT International.
As part of the event, a seminar was held to enhance employees’ legal awareness and ethical culture, during which detailed explanations were provided on the Company’s internal regulatory documents, including:

“Code of Ethics”,

“Conflict of Interest Management Policy”,

“Procedure for Reporting Violations”,
and other internal regulations.
