In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 26, 2018, the first Sunday of April each year is designated as Geologists’ Day. This date holds special significance for professionals who tirelessly work in the fields of oil and gas geology and geophysical exploration.

At “Uzbekgeophysics” JSC, which plays a key role in the geological exploration of hydrocarbon resources in Uzbekistan, the professional holiday was also celebrated on a grand scale. During the event, industry specialists were recognized and awarded honorary certificates and commemorative gifts by the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology.
