On June 17, 2025, a meeting between the management and young employees was held at “O‘zbekgeofizika” JSC.

Young specialists from various departments and branches participated in the event, having the opportunity to directly present their questions, initiatives, and suggestions to the Chairman of the Management Board.

During the open dialogue, the following key proposals were put forward:

• expansion of professional development and training programs;

• increase in sports, intellectual, and industry-related competitions;

• improvement of the youth motivation and incentive system;

• effective implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in geological and geophysical processes;

• and other constructive initiatives.

All questions and proposals were discussed on the spot, and specific instructions were assigned to responsible managers for resolution.
