From July 7 to 9, 2025, an external audit was successfully conducted by the international certification body CERT International at the “Amirobod Mining-Geophysical Expedition” and “Yakkabogʻ Geophysical Expedition” branches. The purpose of the audit was to certify the activities of the branches for compliance with the requirements of the international anti-bribery standard ISO 37001:2016.

Based on the results of the audit, the branches’ management and responsible personnel received relevant recommendations on managing corruption risks and regulating conflicts of interest.

Additionally, a roundtable discussion was held to raise employees’ legal awareness and ethical culture. During the session, participants were informed about the core principles of the Company’s key internal regulatory documents, including:

• Anti-Corruption Policy,

• Code of Ethics,

• Conflict of Interest Management Policy,

• Whistleblower Reporting Procedures,
  and other internal regulatory acts.
