The purpose of this initiative is to create opportunities for employees holding positions that have lost relevance due to the introduction of modern technologies and methods, digitalization, and the improvement of geophysical operations, to adapt to labor market requirements and to facilitate their acquisition of new professions.

Employees will now be able to undergo training funded by the company in a field of their choice. To do so, they only need to submit an application indicating the desired profession. The regulation defines the procedure for implementing this opportunity.

It is expected that the implementation of the regulation will provide additional social support to employees by creating conditions for their retraining and the development of new professional skills.
