On December 16, 2025, the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Uzbekgeofizika”, A. Azimboev, held a master class for master’s degree students of the Higher School of Business and Entrepreneurship on the topic
“Strategy and Operational Management of JSC ‘Uzbekgeofizika’.”

During the session, students received detailed information about the Company’s:
development strategy,
human resources policy and transformation processes,
digitalization initiatives,
 specific measures for strategy implementation.

 In addition, comprehensive and practical answers were provided to all questions raised by the students.

Such meetings play an important role in developing strategic thinking among young professionals and in gaining practical experience from the real sector.
