As part of the cooperation between JSC “Uzbekgeofizika” and SLB (Schlumberger), a competency assessment stage for the company’s employees was conducted. The event was organized jointly with SLB’s Central Asia representative office.

The assessment involved B. Medvedev, Business Manager for Europe and Asia of SLB’s NExT (Network of Excellence in Training) professional development system, as well as Project Manager M. Makarova.

This stage aims to align the processing and interpretation of field seismic data with international standards, as well as to enhance the professional capacity of specialists through the implementation of advanced geophysical and digital technologies.

At the same time, through testing and interviews, the knowledge and skills of 15 specialists working in the data processing and interpretation area at JSC “Uzbekgeofizika” are being evaluated. At the next stage, individual training programs tailored to each employee’s competencies are planned to be developed.
