On January 16 of the current year, a seminar was organized with the participation of managers and employees of the central office of Uzbekgeofizika JSC, as well as heads and staff of field teams of its branches.

During the event, explanations were provided on the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Conflict of Interest”. In addition, possible violations within the Company were discussed, including procedures for reporting breaches of ethical standards and corruption-related offenses.

Special attention was paid to the mechanisms for reviewing reports received through communication channels, as well as to incentive procedures for individuals who report violations.

During the seminar, the principles of disciplinary and criminal liability for committing corrupt practices were explained in detail. This event served to enhance employees’ legal awareness and strengthen the principles of transparency and openness.
