As part of the joint program between Uzbekgeofizika JSC and SLB, individual training plans developed for employees were presented. This stage is based on the results of a previously conducted competency assessment.

For each specialist, the training program was designed taking into account their professional level, practical experience, and development needs. The programs were developed based on SLB’s NExT (Network of Excellence in Training) system and cover modern approaches to data processing and interpretation.

The presentation was organized in cooperation with SLB’s Central Asia office. It was attended by the company’s Business Manager for Europe and Asia B. Medvedev, Project Manager M. Makarova, and Manager I. Tulenov.

Within this stage, it is planned to systematically develop specialists’ qualifications, expand their skills in applying advanced technologies in the processing and interpretation of field seismic data, and increase production efficiency.
