During the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan’s meeting with youth on February 24, 2026, it was announced that every Thursday would be designated as “Youth Day” in ministries, agencies, and local administrations across the country.

To implement this initiative, Uzbekgeofizika JSC introduced a system of weekly meetings between management and young employees, organized on a rotational basis across departments and branches.

On February 26, a meeting was held with the staff of the Production Geological Methodology Department of the Company. During the discussion, issues related to improving the qualifications of young specialists and training highly skilled professionals in the field of geological data processing and interpretation in accordance with international standards were addressed.

Additionally, proposals were put forward to regularly engage young employees in communication with experienced specialists and leading geologists, as well as to involve professors and industry experts operating in Uzbekistan and international markets in practical activities, in order to strengthen both practical and theoretical knowledge.
