On February 27 of the current year, a conference dedicated to the results of the trade union committee’s activities for 2025 was held at Uzbekgeofizika JSC. The event was attended by trade union leadership, members of the audit commission, delegates, and employees of the Company.

During the conference, the results achieved in 2025 and the level of fulfillment of obligations set out in the Collective Agreement were discussed. Reports were presented on activities related to regulating social and labor relations, protecting employees’ rights and interests, improving working conditions, and providing social support.

The delegates assessed the activities of the trade union committee during the reporting period as satisfactory. Priority tasks for the upcoming period were also identified, and relevant recommendations were developed to ensure the consistent implementation of the obligations предусмотренных the Collective Agreement.

The conference was held in an open and constructive atmosphere.
