By the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, every Thursday has been designated as “Youth Day.” As part of this initiative, another meeting was organized at Uzbekgeofizika JSC.

The Chairman of the Board, R. Yusupjonov, held a roundtable discussion with young specialists working in the reserves estimation unit. During the meeting, ongoing reforms, issues of increasing labor productivity, as well as professional development and skills improvement were discussed.

Young participants put forward proposals on improving supply programs, organizing field operations more efficiently, exchanging experience with Uzbekneftegaz JSC, integrating seismic and GIS data, and engaging industry experts.

Such meetings contribute to supporting the initiative of young professionals and enhancing their professional potential.
