On the occasion of Youth Day, a “Youth and Leadership” meeting was organized at Uzbekgeofizika JSC with the participation of young employees of the management аппараt. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Management Board, R. Yusupjonov, and young specialists.

During the meeting, participants discussed the company’s future development plans, expansion of geological exploration activities to deeper horizons, introduction of modern technologies, and active involvement of young professionals in these processes.

In addition, young employees put forward proposals on accelerating digitalization, improving the management system, introducing remote monitoring of production processes, reducing paperwork, and developing the information policy.
