On April 23, in connection with the World Day for Safety and Health at Work (April 28), a practical seminar titled “Ensuring a Healthy Psychosocial Environment” was organized at Uzbekgeofizika JSC.

The seminar was attended by the company’s management and employees, as well as O. Rashidov, Deputy Chairman of the Tashkent Regional Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan, labor law inspector M. Mirzayev, technical labor inspector Sh. Khazratkulov, and leading occupational safety specialist S. Erbotayev.

During the event, presentations were delivered on Resolution No. 819 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 24, 2025, recent updates in labor legislation, as well as occupational accidents and preventive measures. It was particularly noted that no workplace accidents have been recorded at Uzbekgeofizika JSC over the past five years.

As part of the seminar, specialists who achieved positive results in occupational safety, ecology, and industrial safety were awarded.

At the conclusion, proposals and recommendations were put forward to enhance the effectiveness of occupational safety and to strengthen cooperation between employers and trade unions.
