During the visit of the working group led by the Chief Geologist of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, N.U. Mukhutdinov, together with the management of Uzbekgeofizika JSC to the “Bukhara Geophysical Expedition” branch, the modern G3i Next seismic exploration system of the U.S. company INOVA, intended for the 3D seismic project “Karauzbek”, was commissioned.

The high-tech capabilities of the INOVA G3i Next seismic system enable the acquisition of multiple and high-precision field data under field conditions. Specialists from the manufacturing company also participated in the commissioning process of the system.

With all necessary technical and technological conditions in place for the efficient organization of field operations, field work has been launched in accordance with the production methodology defined in the project.

At the end of the visit, priority tasks were set to accelerate field operations, ensure timely and high-quality execution of the work volumes planned for 2026, as well as to identify new prospective geological structures.
