A video conference dedicated to production-related issues was held at Uzbekgeofizika JSC with the participation of the Company's management and the heads of its field expeditions.

During the meeting, participants reviewed the production results for the first half of 2026, assessed the current progress of work being carried out in July, and discussed the priority tasks set for the second half of the year.

It was emphasized that, in order to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of the assignments issued by Uzbekneftegaz JSC, operations across the Company and its field expeditions have been organized on a 24/7 basis.

The meeting was conducted in a critical and analytical format. Responsible managers were assigned specific tasks to accelerate production activities, eliminate existing shortcomings within the shortest possible time, and strengthen labor and execution discipline.

Furthermore, due to serious mistakes and shortcomings in their official duties, two deputy directors were dismissed from their positions. In addition, one expedition director and one deputy director, who failed to ensure the proper implementation of the assigned tasks, were subjected to the disciplinary sanction of an official reprimand.

At the conclusion of the meeting, tasks were set to ensure the unconditional fulfillment of the production targets for the second half of the year, improve the quality and efficiency of operations, and establish strict control over the implementation of every assigned task.
