JSC “Uzbekgeofizika” held a critical performance review meeting dedicated to summarizing the Company's results for the first half of 2026 and defining priority tasks for the second half of the year.

The meeting was attended by the Chief Geologist and specialists of JSC “Uzbekneftegaz”, managers and specialists of Neftgaz Engineering LLC, as well as the management and specialists of JSC “Uzbekgeofizika” and its field expeditions.

During the meeting, participants thoroughly reviewed the implementation of the plans established at the beginning of the year, assessed the results achieved, and analyzed the shortcomings identified during the reporting period. Responsible managers were assigned specific tasks aimed at eliminating deficiencies, improving productivity, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

In addition, within the framework of the reform program of JSC “Uzbekgeofizika”, participants discussed the procurement and commissioning of modern 3D seismic exploration equipment, modern, compact and energy-efficient specialized support vehicles, well geophysics equipment and specialized machinery, as well as measures for the Company's modernization and digital transformation, improvement of employees' working conditions, and implementation of performance-based incentive mechanisms.

Following the meeting, responsible executives were instructed to ensure the timely and unconditional implementation of all assigned tasks.
