The fourth day of the working group’s activities was held at the Bukhara Geophysical Expedition and the Amirobod Field Geophysical Expedition.
During the working visit, the activities of the expeditions were critically reviewed. In particular, the technical condition and serviceability of equipment, compliance with occupational safety requirements, improvement and maintenance of the territories, technical condition of vehicles, working and living conditions created for employees, as well as the condition of buildings and facilities requiring repair were thoroughly assessed.
Specific assignments with clear deadlines were given to the responsible personnel to address the identified shortcomings within a short period of time.
In addition, on-site reception meetings were organized at both expeditions, providing an opportunity for open dialogue with employees. During the meetings, employees’ appeals, opinions and suggestions were heard, and appropriate measures were identified to address them positively.
At the Koson Field Geophysical Party of the Amirobod KGE branch, the progress of ongoing work, the technical condition and serviceability of instruments and equipment, as well as the working and living conditions provided for employees were also examined. During the assessment, the existing situation was thoroughly reviewed, and relevant instructions and recommendations were given to the responsible personnel regarding the issues identified.
