At the meeting ”The Advisory Council on Ensuring Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men", held at Uzbekgeofizika JSC, by order of the chairman of the society, Zhiyadullayev was ap pointed Chairman of the advisory council. In this regard, the Chairman of the Advisory Council organized a round table on gender equality with branches in the company's system.

    During the event, information was provided on the ongoing reforms, opportunities and international forums on gender equality in our country. At the end of the event, staff proposals were heard and additions were made to the annual work plan.
