“Uzbekgeofizika” Joint-Stock Company invites applications for participation in the competition for the position of Head of the Personnel and Advanced Training Department of the “Fergana Geophysical Expedition” branch

        In accordance with the Regulations of “Uzbekgeofizika” Joint-Stock Company on recruitment to vacant positions and selection on a competitive basis for transferring employees to other positions, a competition is announced for the position of Head of the Personnel and Advanced Training Department.

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as citizens of foreign countries who have expressed a desire to participate in this competition, are invited to participate in the competition.

Requirements for the candidate:

- Higher geological and geophysical education and at least 3 years of work experience in the field of geology and a related field:

- Possession of regulatory legal knowledge in the field of production activities of the organization.

- The head of the personnel and professional development department is responsible for organizing and recording employee movements, preparing documents, legal and regulatory documents, labor laws, branch structure and staff, names of employees' professions and positions, general and permanent experience in a specific job, benefits and compensations, and the procedure for issuing pensions for employees.

Knowledge of languages:

Excellent knowledge of Uzbek, knowledge of Russian, English.

Computer skills:

MC office programs - confident use.

Job duties:

1. Preparing documents for organizing and recording employee movements, storing and archiving pension documents, work books and personal documents of employees of the organization, laws and legal regulatory acts;
2. Labor laws;
3. Branch structure and staff;
4. Names of employees' professions and positions, general and permanent experience in a specific job, benefits and compensations, the procedure for issuing pensions for employees;
5. The procedure for creating a database of the organization's employees.
6. Responsible for the correctness and completeness of the application of current standards and regulations in the performance of assigned tasks and functions.

Working conditions:

Working hours 5/2 08:00 - 17:00. Permanent work.

Formalized in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Salary: wages and bonuses established by the staffing table Payments are made in accordance with the internal documents of the Branch.

Documents of candidates applying for the position (resume or reference, copies of diplomas and certificates, letters of recommendation, copy of work book) are accepted at the Department of Personnel Management, Training and Retraining of the Fergana Geophysical Expedition Branch of the Uzbekgeofizika Joint-Stock Company.
