On April 14 of the current year, a meeting chaired by the Chief Geologist of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, N. Mukhutdinov, was held to review the results of the company’s activities for the first quarter of 2026 and to outline priority tasks for the second quarter. The meeting was attended by the Head and specialists of the Geology Department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, the Deputy Director of Neftegaz Engineering LLC, the management of Uzbekgeofizika JSC, and responsible representatives of its филиals.

Chairman of the Management Board R. Yusupjonov delivered a report, noting that during the reporting period the plans for 2D and 3D seismic exploration works and well-logging services were fully fulfilled, 5 geological structures were prepared, C3 category resources increased by 29.1 million tons of standard fuel, and the Qiziljar, Shag‘irlik and Telegri fields were discovered. Reports of филиал heads on completed works were also heard.

During the discussions, issues related to accounts receivable, management efficiency, personnel policy, efficient use of existing buildings and facilities, as well as the condition of equipment and machinery operation were critically reviewed.

It was emphasized that although 3 new fields were discovered during the reporting period based on the structures provided by the company, it is necessary to deepen the analysis of geophysical data during structure preparation and strengthen cooperation with the Geology Department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC. Instructions were given to improve economic performance, revise the organizational structure, optimize филиал activities, and reduce accounts receivable.

During the meeting, disciplinary measures in the form of reprimands were applied to relevant филиал heads who showed negligence in fulfilling assigned tasks.
